Inform you of the costs associated with selling - What you can expect to pocket at the end of the day 

Help you get ready to list your home - (See "Tips When Selling" to the left)

Get photos and other marketing materials together - I do this part for FREE with any listing

List your home on the MLS (Multiple Listing Service), The online resource where 90%+ of all homes listed sell.

Schedule showings, accept and review all offers - This is key so you know if the offer is a good legitimate offer

Complete paperwork, work with lender, and title company - To ensure a smooth transaction. 

Complete the sale of your home on time and for the right price - That's my goal!
